Man Arrested For Allegedly Exposing Himself On T

BOSTON (CBS) - MBTA Transit Police have arrested a man accused of open and gross conduct while riding the T.

According to police, Robert McCarty, 40, of Boston, intentionally exposed himself to two women who were sitting across from him on the the Red Line Train at Park Street on March 27.

McCarty got off the train at Park Street Station and a witness said he tried to grope another woman as she was walking up the stairs.

Police arrested McCarty at Harvard Square on Tuesday and charged him with two counts of open and gross lewdness.
