Daily Talker: Woman Calls 911 Over Pizza Order

A Connecticut woman was close to facing charges over a pizza order. She called 911 when her delivery order was wrong. The 911 operator made it clear that she should not be calling authorities. But the woman was persistent, "So, you cannot even call them or something?" The dispatcher replied, "No, we can't call the pizza shop." Eventually, the dispatcher told the woman to meet an officer at the pizza shop.  Customers told our sister station the woman went way too far. We've learned police will not charge her with misusing 911. Instead, they gave her a verbal warning and are now reminding everyone that 911 should be called only for real emergencies.

What do you think? Should this woman face charges? What would be an appropriate punishment?
