'Who's On First?' Name Change Approved By Boston Licensing Board

BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Licensing Board has approved a name change request from the owner of "Who's On First?" a Fenway bar that was closed last year after a fatal shooting.

The bid to re-open as a family-style restaurant named The Bullpen was approved Thursday, a day after the owner's attorney Jack Diamond went before the board petitioning to re-open.

As a nightclub, Who's on First had troubled the Fenway neighborhood with a history of violent incidents.

The final incident came last Thanksgiving when 29-year-old Jephthe Chery was shot and killed outside the club. Three others were injured.
