Arctic Cold Leads To Sea Smoke Over Boston Harbor
BOSTON (CBS) -- The weather phenomenon known as sea smoke was spotted over Boston Harbor Sunday morning.
In Boston, where record-breaking temperatures were recorded, WBZ meteorologist Eric Fisher observed sea smoke over Boston Harbor:
Sea smoke, also sometimes called 'frost smoke' or 'steam fog,' occurs when arctic air flows over warmer water.
