Young Girl Lost In Wrentham Woods Reunited With Father

WRENTHAM (CBS) – A young girl was reunited with her father after becoming lost in the Wrentham woods.

Wrentham Police were called to State Forest off Berry Street after a 7-year-old girl wandered away from her father on the trails in the area.

Officers from Wrentham, Plainville and Franklin Police responded to search for the girl.

Within an hour, the girl was found walking along Interstate 495.

A few minutes later the girl was reunited with her "very, very grateful Dad."
