NightSide - Voting in New Hampshire

BOSTON (CBS) - This week the New Hampshire Senate passed a bill which would add a 30-day residency requirement before a citizen would be permitted to cast a ballot in a New Hampshire election. If passed into law, New Hampshire would join 22 other states with a 30-day requirement. Senator Regina Birdsell joins the show tonight to discuss why this adds integrity to the state's election. Should this be a law everywhere? Should individuals have to be residents for 30 days to vote?
