Arrest Made In Thanksgiving Day Shooting Death Of MBTA Conductor
BOSTON (CBS) -- A Dorchester man has been arrested in connection with a shooting outside Fenway Park on Thanksgiving Day that left an MBTA commuter rail conductor dead.
Dominique Carpenter-Grady, 26, was arrested Tuesday on weapons charges related to the shooting.
Police responded to gunfire around 2 a.m. on Thanksgiving on Yawkey Way near the bar 'Who's on First?'
Jephthe Chery, 29, was found dead outside in front of the bar from a gunshot wound. Investigators said at the time that Chery may have been an innocent bystander.
Three other men suffered non life-threatening injuries.
The incident remains under investigation.
Carpenter-Grady pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday and is being held on $250,000 bail.
