NightSide - Deval Patrick Will Advise Chicago Police Oversight Board

BOSTON (CBS) - Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel delivered a press conference yesterday, during which he formally asked for Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy's resignation. He also laid out a plan to review procedures and policies to monitor police activity, specifically excessive force complaints. Former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick has been tapped as an advisor to the board.
