BOSTON (CBS) - With President Obama steadfast on accepting thousands of Syrian refugees, and critics crying out that we are endangering American citizens by doing so, there has been a lot of debate on the issue over the past week. Marisa DeFranco, a longtime immigration attorney, sits down with Dan to discuss the humanitarian arguments and to talk about the safety issues that she feels override our moral obligation. Do you think we should open our gates to the refugees?
