NightSide - Should Daily Fantasy Sports Be Banned In Massachusetts?

BOSTON (CBS) - The New York Attorney General announced today that daily fantasy sports sites like Boston-based Draftkings and New York-based FanDuel constitute illegal gambling, and ordered the companies to cease operations within the state. Though the Massachusetts State Lottery has discussed possibly getting in on the fantasy game, it is unclear whether these games would pass a legal challenge here in the Commonwealth.
