NightSide - Should Blocking Major Highways Be A Serious Crime?

BOSTON (CBS) - Massachusetts State Representative Colleen Garry has proposed new legislation that would make it a much more serious offense to block major roads and highways during a protest. Her bills are meant to address situations like the I-93 Black Lives Matter protests from last January. Do you think protesters who block major highways should serve jail time? Does it set a dangerous precedent to only give these demonstrators a slap on the wrist?
