BOSTON (CBS) - As we kick off an unseasonably warm November, the calendar warns us that despite the moderate temperatures, another winter is once again right around the corner. Everyone remembers the failures of the MBTA in dealing with last year's record-setting winter, but will the agency be ready to deal with the cold, snow, and ice this year? Frank DePaola, General Manager of the MBTA, sits down with Dan to talk about winter preparations, fare increases, and other issues facing the MBTA.
