NightSide - Comcast Reps Are In Studio
BOSTON (CBS) - If you ask someone to think of a company with bad customer service, Comcast is always one of the first that comes to mind. In recent years, there have been a number of recorded phone calls and documented examples of service representatives harassing individuals looking to cancel their service. There is even a new company that charges five dollars to go through the process of cancelling your Comcast account for you. But Comcast says it is turning over a new leaf and reemphasizing the importance of customer service. Tracy Pitcher, Senior Vice President of the Comcast Greater Boston Region, and Cheryl Jacqueson, a customer account executive, join Dan in studio to talk about it.
