Boston Police: BB Gun Seized From Man Shooting Out Window 'Just For Fun'
BOSTON (CBS) – Boston police seized a BB gun from a man shooting out his second-floor window Wednesday night.
Officials said the man told police he was shooting the gun on South Point Drive in Harbor Point "just for fun." He did not say if he was aiming at anything in particular.
The BB gun owner was not arrested, and police said any charges or citations are pending further investigation.
There were no immediate reports of property damage or injury.
