Phantom Gourmet: The Inn At Bay Pointe

QUINCY (CBS) -- The views are unparalleled, the food is unbelievable and your experience will be unforgettable when you visit The Inn at Bay Pointe.

Those in the know have been coming to this seaside spot for years. And since it's tucked away down a Quincy side street, just finding the restaurant can be a challenge, which is why owner Kevin Hynes actually bought a house along Route 3A, and planted a sign in the front yard to help customers find the place.

"We had to buy the house in front on Route 3A in order to put up a sign. I think it's the most expensive sign the world has ever known, but you need that visilbility on Route 3A," Hynes said. "You have to really put on your GPS in order to find the place, but once you do, we've got you forever."

Once customers make their way down to the restaurant, they'll find Kevin's son Erik running the show, where inside the always busy dining room, they serve classics like buttery baked stuffed lobster and juicy prime rib.

But the best seats in the house are out on Bay Pointe's beautiful brand new deck, with its own fresh and fun small plates menu served exclusively outside, perfect for snacking and sampling, while you sip a cocktail, soak up the sun, and savor the view.

Watch Phantom Gourmet on Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 and 11 a.m. on myTV38.
