Celtics @ 7: Why Dominique Wilkins Chose Celtics And Believes Others Will Too
BOSTON (CBS) – Saturday's edition of "Celtics @ 7" on 98.5 The Sports Hub featured a special guest, long-time NBA All-Star Dominique Wilkins.
Though he signed with the C's as a 35-year-old, Wilkins is widely considered the top free agent to ever join Boston.
The Hawks legend joined host Adam Kaufman to discuss what lured him to the Celts, and also why he believes others will follow suit in the coming years despite a history that suggests otherwise.
Kaufman also recapped an eventful Summer League stay for the Green and offered thoughts on his top performers, particularly recently-signed second-round pick Jordan Mickey, who was among the most consistent players on any squad in Las Vegas.
