BOSTON (CBS) - We all remember that when the federal healthcare website launched, there were a whole host of problems on a national level. But even here in Massachusetts, despite already having a healthcare exchange established, the Massachusetts Health Connector had major issues trying to convert their systems to fit with the federal program. How much did these problems actually cost us, and did the Health Connector try to deceive the federal government, as well as the public?
