NightSide - Dirty Old Boston

BOSTON (CBS) - In the last handful of decades, Boston has truly become a global city. Though it still has its shortcomings (such as the winter failings of the MBTA), it has certainly come a long way in a short period of time. Jim Botticelli discovered that he wasn't the only one interested in Boston's recent past when he launched a Facebook page dedicated to pictures of the city between the end of World War II and the late 1980's. The page was so popular that Jim decided to compile the images and the stories they tell into a book. He sits down with Dan tonight to talk about tracing Boston's roots, the response he's received, and to answer your questions! What do you think have been some of the biggest or most interesting changes to Boston? Do you remember the old, gritty city of the mid-twentieth century?
