NightSide - The Ten Commandments On Government Property

BOSTON (CBS) - The Oklahoma Supreme Court recently ruled that the six foot tall monument depicting the Ten Commandments that stands at the state Capitol is a violation of the separation of church and state, and must be removed. But Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin is appealing the court's ruling, and says the monument will stay until a final decision is reached. She believes the Ten Commandments are a part of our nation's history, and should be allowed to stay because of the historical context. Governor Fallin joins Dan to talk about her fight to keep the monument. What do you think? Are the Ten Commandments a part of our nation's history? Or does the monument violate the separation of church and state?
