Printer Takes Coffee Art To New Level

BOSTON (CBS) -- Looking to add a twist to your morning cup of joe?

A special printer called Ripples is taking coffee art to new heights. It can reproduce any text or image right on top of your coffee.

Ripples uses technology similar to 3D inkjet printers and makes the images from coffee extracts. The company promises an "emotionally caffeinated experience."

The special printer costs $1,000 and a $75-a-month subscription service is required.
