Boston Firefighters Battle 3-Alarm Roxbury Fire
ROXBURY (CBS) - Boston Firefighters battled a three-alarm fire at a four-story Roxbury brick brownstone on Saturday.
Firefighters were called to the blaze at a two-family home on Fort Avenue at 4:07 p.m., according to Boston Fire Department's Twitter account.
Fire officials say the fire was concentrated to roof area before dropping down to the top floor of the building.
The blaze was knocked down by 5 p.m.
No one was hurt in the fire.
Four adults and two dogs were displaced and will be staying with friends and family.
Investigators determined the cause of fire was a power strip short-circuited in an office located at the rear of the top floor.
