Boston-Bound Flight Makes Emergency Landing At LAX
BOSTON (CBS) – A flight from Los Angeles to Boston made an emergency landing just after takeoff Friday evening.
American Airlines Flight 202 was scheduled to land in Boston at 8:30 p.m.
It was turned around after a problem was reported in the cockpit. It landed safely at Los Angeles International Airport at about 5:15 p.m.
An estimated 151 people are on board the flight, LAX spokeswoman Nancy Castles said.
