Red Sox Hosting 'Dog Day At Fenway' On June 29
BOSTON (CBS) -- Red Sox fans are invited to take their dogs for a walk in the park -- Fenway Park.
The team is hosting "Dog Day at Fenway" on Monday, June 29. The ballpark will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for dog owners to go for a stroll around the warning track and take pictures in front of the Green Monster and dugouts.
The Gate E concourse will feature a "Dog Park" with water bowls and activities, the team said.
Tickets are $10 for adults, while children 14 and under and dogs get in for free.
The event is sponsored by dog food maker NutriSource. The company also says fans can tag their favorite pet pictures #RedSoxPets, and they could be displayed on the center field video board at Fenway.
