Mayor Marty Walsh Attends Vigil For Nepal Quake Victims
BOSTON (CBS) -- Boston's Mayor Marty Walsh joined a crowd gathered at Copley Square Sunday evening for a candlelight vigil to mourn victims of the earthquake in Nepal.
"You all don't stand alone tonight you have all of Boston here with you," Walsh told the crowd.
Thousands died Saturday after an 7.8-magnitude earthquake rocked the Nepalese capital Katmandu, and many remain missing.
Earlier in the day, many gathered at the International Society for Krsna Temple for Kirtin to chant and pray.
