Brady Wants Fifth Lombardi Trophy, According To His Shirt At Red Sox Home Opener

BOSTON (CBS) -  Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady was on hand for Boston's home opener against the Washington Nationals to throw out the ceremonial first pitch to Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz.

With his head coach and owners also on hand, Brady was rocking a (sweater around the waist) white t-shirt with a huge stenciled No. 5 for the world to see, seemingly indicating his desire to win his fifth Super Bowl ring.

While a little less accurate from the mound than he normally is from the pocket, Brady still had a better showing than rapper 50 Cent.

You'd think Brady would at least be able to hit leather given his background as a former catcher and MLB draft pick. But let's face it, he probably hasn't done much throwing this offseason, you know, with vacation, family time and jumping off cliffs and all.

Brady also had batting practice served to him by former Red Sox ace Pedro Martinez.
