Dana White On Toucher & Rich: 'McGregor & Aldo Want To Literally Rip Each Other Apart'

BOSTON (CBS) - 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich were joined by UFC president Dana White in studio Wednesday morning, who is in town promoting the big bout between Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor at UFC 189 this summer.

The guys covered a bunch of different topics, and took your calls as well.

Here are the highlights:

On Brock Lesnar Leaving UFC For WWE:

"He's at this point in his life where he's older, he did his stint here and he did very well. It was fun having him while he was here, but I think [WWE CEO] Vince [McMahon] gave him an offer he couldn't refuse and it's the right decision. I think it's the right decision and the right move. I'm happy for him."

On UFC Signing CM Punk:

"He's a great guy. I'm a big fan. All he's really done is some jiu-jitsu, and now he's in the real world of MMA and he's training outside of Chicago with Duke Roufus and Anthony Pettis, so he's realizing what this is really like. So people keep asking when he's going to fight, but he's going to fight when he's ready. I'm not pushing the guy."

On McGregor-Aldo:

"We're doing this world tour with Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo right now, and I have to sit in between them for everything we do because these guys want to literally rip each other apart. That's the way you have to be if you want to fight in the UFC. That's the mentality. You have to have that. We're going to find out [if CM Punk has that mentality]."

On Ronda Rousey Fighting A Man:

"That would never happen, but she could. She literally could. Rondo Rousey is just so talented and so good at what she does, but I can never have a situation where a man is fighting a woman -- even if the woman could win. There's no way [that fight could be sanctioned]. The Athletic Commission would never do it. But I could definitely see her doing it herself."

On Ronda Rousey In General:

"She is changing the way we look at women and changing the way that women look at themselves. She's definitely changing the way little girls look at what's possible and what they can do. There's so many girls out there that wrestle now and take judo and do jiu-jitsu because of Ronda Rousey. She's a game changer. Ronda Rousey is the hottest thing going right now."

On Jon 'Bones' Jones' Failed Drug Test:

"It was very shocking. First of all: he wasn't supposed to be tested for street drugs, so obviously that was shocking when the test came back and he tested positive three weeks before the biggest fight of his career. Why is he doing this three weeks before the biggest fight of his life? That's crazy. It also doesn't matter that he was doing it. If you look at the [World Anti-Doping Agency] rules they're looking for in-fight competition -- that's out-of-competition testing they were testing him for, like PEDs. If he had gotten popped for a PED, the whole world would have come crumbling down on him and it would have been a big deal. The fact that he tested positive for cocaine, you know, we're not the police and that's not really what we do."

On Chandler Jones Wanting To Fight His Brother Jon:

"I'm a huge Chandler Jones fan, and I love the Patriots, so it'd probably be a bad idea for him to take that fight."
