Winchester Teenager Killed In Everett Crash
EVERETT (CBS) – A Winchester teenager was killed in an early morning rollover crash in Everett.
State police were called to Route 16 Eastbound near Sweetser Circle in Everett around 2 a.m. Saturday morning.
Troopers found a 2005 Audi that, for reasons not currently known, lost control and left the road. The car smashed into a tree, rolled over and came to rest on Route 16.
Police said the tree fell and blocked the road after the Audi struck it.
Frank Vozzella, 19, of Winchester, was transported to Mass General Hospital after the crash, but he died as a result of his injuries.
The cause of the crash is not yet known.
