Tom Brady Thanks Fans Via Video Taken During Super Bowl Parade

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Patriots celebrated their Super Bowl victory on Wednesday afternoon with a parade through the city. Though an estimated 750,000 fans were able to get into the city to share in the fun, Tom Brady knew that not everybody could make it.

So the three-time Super Bowl MVP took to his famous Facebook page to thank the fans for an amazing season.

"Thank you guys," Brady said with a smile from ear to ear. "Thanks for all your support. What a year it's been. Look at this!"

Brady then panned the camera to show the thousands of fans around him.

Brady then broke into a voice you typically only hear from him when he's mic'd up on the sidelines, screaming, "Let's go!"

The video features a special videobomb appearance from Bryan Stork, the rookie center who's almost unrecognizable without his Duck Dynasty beard.

WHAT A RIDE!!!

Considering how popular Brady's Facebook page has become this year, the video's a perfect way to end the season.
