Officers were called to Tremont Street after residents said Osorio was going door to door trying to find the owners of cars parked in the area.
At about 1 a.m., 911 callers said Osorio shot two cars that were parked in the spaces, which he said the owners did not shovel out themselves.
Police located a .22 caliber revolver after searching Osorio's home.
