BOSTON (CBS) - Over the last couple of years, more and more focus has been placed on college campus sexual assaults and the methods schools use to investigate and address these incidents. Changes have been made at schools across the country in order to make students feel safer reporting assaults and compel administrations to follow through and hold attackers accountable rather than cover up the incidents. But some worry that all this effort to crack down on sexual assaults has led to a culture that actually violates the rights of the accused.
