NightSide - Mike Lodish Joins NightSide To Discuss The Patriot's Controversy

BOSTON (CBS) - The New England Patriots have been accused of deflating the balls that were used by their offense in Sunday's AFC Championship game. The team demolished the Indianapolis Colts for the right to represent the AFC in the upcoming Superbowl, but now some are crying foul. Reportedly, after an equipment manager for the Colts raised the issue with officials, eleven of the twelve balls from the Patriots sideline were found to be underinflated by two pounds. Given the team's track record with trying to skirt the rules, do you think this is a serious issue? If it is proven that the team deflated balls intentionally, what should the penalty be? Does this change your opinion of the team's continued success or reputation as a classy organization? Or do they simply "hate us cuz they ain't us?"

Mike Lodish was in 6 championship games, a record that will be tied by Tom Brady. Mike now sells peanut brittle. Check it out at http://www.lodishschampionbrittle.com/
