Jones: Best NFL Divisional Round Storylines

BOSTON (CBS) - The holiday season is behind us, but with the NFL playoffs in full swing it's still the most wonderful time of the year.

The postseason continues this weekend, starting Saturday at 4:30pm when the New England Patriots host conference rival Baltimore Ravens.

The attention this week in Boston has been spent mostly on dissecting that game -- from matchups to watch to predictions, expert interviews and more.

Patriots-Ravens has been talked about ad nauseam on the Sports Hub air waves, so on Thursday night, The Adam Jones Show took a look at some of the other games taking place this weekend, and what the key storylines are.

Game: Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys

Storyline: Ice Bowl II

Adam's Take: "This game should be great. Outside of Romo vs. Rodgers and all of that, these two teams haven't met in the playoffs since the Ice Bowl. They haven't met since 1967. Not that 1967 has any bearing on this game, but that's kind of cool. And outside of that, you have a Packers team that hasn't lost at home and a Cowboys team that hasn't lost on the road. Something's got to give. Plus you have two quarterbacks playing at a high level, and one of them (Aaron Rodgers) is dealing with a calf injury."

Game: Denver Broncos vs. Indianapolis Colts

Storyline: Old Bronco vs. Young Colt

Adam's Take: "You have Andrew Luck, the quarterback who replaced Peyton Manning, going against Peyton Manning on Sunday. We are always going to be intrigued here in New England with Denver, or whichever team Manning is on because of the relationship and the professional competition that he and Brady have had over the course of their careers."

Rich Keefe's Take: "I'm looking at two things in this game: is Andrew Luck ready to take it to the next level, and does Peyton Manning have anything left?"

Both Adam Jones and Rich Keefe don't think too highly of the Seahawks-Panthers game Saturday night, but then again you never know -- we've seen crazier things in sports.
