Dr. Mallika Marshall On Best Diets Of 2015

BOSTON (CBS) – New diets come out every day, but which works the best?

U.S. News & World Report had health experts evaluate 35 different diets.

The number one diet again this year, according to the experts, is the DASH Diet. Other top diets included the TLC Diet, the Mayo Clinic Diet and Weight Watchers.

The worst diet on the list was the Paleo Diet.
