NASHUA, N.H. (CBS) – The bomb squad was called to a New Hampshire neighborhood after an explosive device was detonated on a vehicle.
Nashua police were called just after 2:30 a.m. on Saturday after an explosion on Vespa Lane.
Responding officers found a car damaged by what appeared to be a device that had exploded.
Homes in the area were evacuated as the bomb squad arrived on scene.
Investigators found a second device on the vehicle’s hood that had not exploded. That device was removed by the bomb squad and taken into evidence.
No one was injured during the incident.
