Daily Talker: Delaying The Start Of Work

This morning many of you may be waking up feeling like you didn't get enough sleep.

Now new research is suggesting that we start the average workday later, at 10 a.m. to improve sleep habits and quality of life.

The study found starting work an hour later allows for an average of 20 extra minutes of sleep each day.
