Three-Alarm Fire Tears Through Revere Home

REVERE (CBS) - Firefighters were ordered out of a home in Revere while battling a wind-whipped fire on Winthrop Street Friday afternoon.

Flames broke out in the two-and-a-half story home around noon and quickly poked through the roof.

As the fire reached three alarms, firefighters were evacuated for safety reasons.

They continued to attack the fire from the outside, flooding the front of the house.

There are no reports of any injuries.

Firefighters brought a dog out of the home, but two cats are missing.

There's no word yet on a cause.
