Brady To Gronkowski: 'How The **** Did You Catch That?'

BOSTON (CBS) - It's Wednesday now, almost three full days after the Patriots beat the Broncos 43-21 at Gillette Stadium, and people are still wondering, "How did Rob Gronkowski make that incredible one-handed catch early in the fourth quarter?"

Tom Brady, the Patriots quarterback who's thrown 50 touchdowns and counting to Gronk, was wondering the same thing during the game.

Brady was one of the Patriots mic'd up by NFL Films for Sunday's game, and on Tuesday night's Inside the NFL, an interesting exchange from Brady was revealed.

Brady simply asked Gronk, "How the f*** did you catch that?"

"Imagine trying to cover that," Brady said at his Wednesday press conference. "He just gets great body position and I think that's a big part of it. He's such a big guy, it's hard to go through him. You know, he's 6-foot-7, 260 pounds. If he can get himself in the right position and get the defender where he wants him in the right place on his route, the defender can't do anything about it, and I think they know that, too. I think they panic. And then when they panic, it's even more of an advantage for the offense."

"We definitely don't work on that in practice," Gronk joked Tuesday afternoon on 98.5 The Sports Hub's Gresh & Zolak program. "We work on catching the ball properly in practice with two hands and stuff. That was just a natural reaction from where the ball was thrown to. Whenever I see the ball in the air you definitely wanna go up and try to make a play. That was a chance where the ball was in the air, I just went up for it and happened to put my one hand up and grabbed it. It was pretty nice."

Watch it again here. Pretty nice, indeed.
