Bruins' David Krejci Out vs. Panthers

BOSTON (CBS) -- The Boston Bruins will be without their top line center once again on Tuesday night.

David Krejci will miss his second straight game, and fifth overall, with an undisclosed injury when the Bruins host the Florida Panthers at the TD Garden, head coach Claude Julien announced Tuesday morning.

While Krejci won't be suiting up against Florida, Julien did not sound very concerned with the lingering ailment.

"We don't think it is a real major issue," Julien said of the injury.

Krejci was a late scratch from Saturday's 4-2 win over the Ottawa Senators and also missed the first three games of the regular season. In nine games this season Krejci has three goals and six assists, and is a plus-three on the ice.

Without Krejci, Chris Kelly centered Boston's top line alongside Milan Lucic and Seth Griffith.

Boston is 5-4 with Krejci anchoring their top line and 2-2 without him.
