BOSTON (CBS) -- One man was killed and more than 30 residents were displaced in a five-alarm fire at a Roxbury duplex Friday night, the Boston Fire Department said.

Officials said that the adult male, believed to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another woman was being taken to a hospital as a precaution, and no firefighters were reported injured.

Firefighters responded at 9 p.m. to the six-family residence at 104 Winthrop St. in Roxbury, officials said.
