Daily Talker: Texts, Phone Calls During Flights
The European Aviation Safety Agency recently approved new guidelines that would allow passengers to use their electronics during flights. Passengers would be able to use cell phones, tablets, and laptops without putting them in "airplane mode". That means passengers could text---and more importantly, talk---from takeoff through landing.
