Many golfers have entertained the thought of making a trip to Ireland, but if you're like Hardy, you haven't done much more than that.
Where would you go? What else should you make time for? How do you even start planning?
One way would be to talk to John McLaughlin of North and West Coast Links Golf in Ireland.
John goes well beyond just suggesting places to play. From accommodations and transportation to dining and sightseeing, John offers a wealth of knowledge and services for those wanting to make the trip.
Hardy also talked with John Farren, General Manager of Ballyliffin Golf Club in Ireland about what it's like to play true links style golf, especially at his 36 hole facility in Inishowen Donegal.

Can a 9 hole layout really be a top notch course? Hardy found the answer to be a resounding yes after his visit to Whitinsville Golf Club.
Hardy spoke with Matt Griffith, head professional at Whitinsville, and even got out on the course with him to experience the superior conditions, slick greens, and one of the tougher finishing holes he's played all year.
Pay particular attention toward the end of the segment, where you'll hear the playing of that final hole. Guess who makes par and guess who makes bogey?
This Donald Ross classic has earned acclaim from Ben Crenshaw, Golf Digest and Golf Magazine.
After seeing and playing it, it's easy to see why.
