Gresh & Zo's 2014 NFL Summer School: Arizona Cardinals

Boston (CBS) - It's not your typical classroom. They're not your typical teachers. It's where you go after failing all year. It's Gresh and Zo's NFL Summer School on 98.5 The Sports Hub!

The summer school rolls on and heads to the desert, where Andy Gresh and Scott Zolak break down and preview the 2014 Arizona Cardinals.

Taking Attendance:

The Arizona Cardinals lost inside linebackers Karlos Dansby and Daryl Washington to free agency. They brought in cornerback Antonio Cromartie and left tackle Jared Veldheer via free agency. They also drafted safety Deone Bucannon, tight end Troy Niklas, and wide receiver John Brown.

Gresh: "I think they are even in what they lost and what they gained. The only question is, are they good enough to follow up a 10-win season with another double-digit season? And Zo, I just don't see it happening."

Zo: "Best case scenario, you are the third best team in their division."

Pop Quiz:

Will this be wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald's last year with the Cardinals?

Gresh: "I don't think so. He's their franchise."

Zo: "They'll find a way to get a contract extension done with this guy."

Fantasy 101:

Is Carson Palmer a reliable QB for your football team?

Gresh: "To me, Carson Palmer is a low-end starter."

CBS fantasy expert Dave Richard has Larry Fitzgerald as the 12th best fantasy wide receiver and suggested drafting him in the 3rd or 4th round. Agree or disagree with this assessment?

Gresh: "I disagree with the ranking.  I like Larry Fitzgerald. At the end of the year he compiles his numbers someway, somehow."

Zo: "You look at (Cardinals head coach) Bruce Arians and what he's done with guys who were centerpieces of an offense. Look at a guy like Hines Ward. Look at what he did with Reggie Wayne with the Colts. He's going to find ways to get Fitz the ball. And the biggest thing about Larry Fitzgerald is he's got that breakaway capability. I'd take him the second round."

Final Grade:

Last year's team went 10-6. Year before that? 5-11. Vegas has set the over/under at 7 .5 wins.  Where do they finish and do they make the playoffs?

Gresh: "I think they'll be an under."

Zo: "I'm taking under right now. 7-9."
