I’ve deemed today a “fine” day – not perfect, not bad. A few spotty showers early this morning will come to an end as breaks of sun gradually emerge. There is the threat for a pop-up afternoon shower or isolated thunderstorm later today as a cold front sweeps in but any showers/storms that develop will be passing – in other words, they won’t ruin your day, but you may have to duck inside briefly. The last of the showers should shift off the Cape last around early evening. High temperatures will top out around or just shy of 80 degrees across the region.
It’ll be a beautiful evening for many of us with clear skies and comfortable, dry air. The lack of clouds bodes well for viewing Venus & Jupiter prior to sunrise tomorrow! Otherwise, a big ridge of high pressure builds into the northeast over the next several days.
In turn, our weather will be mostly dry and pleasant with a blend of sun and clouds and highs in the middle to upper 70s. Still no big heat in the forecast…check out Barry’s blog for some interesting facts on 90+ days in Boston!
Enjoy your day!
