3-Alarm Fire In Lynn Residence Under Investigation

LYNN (CBS) – Firefighters doused a 3-alarm blaze Saturday morning in a 2-family home.

Nobody was injured in the fire, but six residents were displaced, according to the Lynn Fire Department.

The fire began in the rear porches of the building as the six occupants were home.

Firefighters received the initial report of the fire at 1:04 p.m and found heavy flames upon arriving at the scene. The fire was knocked down by 3:03 p.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
