CLINTON (CBS) – The investigation continued Sunday into what caused a hot air balloon to strike power lines and crash in Clinton on Saturday night.

The balloon crashed around 7:40 p.m. after it struck some power lines and caused outages in nearby neighborhoods.

At least five of the six people on board suffered burns of various degrees. On Sunday, police were still guarding the balloon basket as it sat in the Clinton yard on which it crashed.
