Bomb Squad Clears Suspicious Device In Holden
HOLDEN (CBS) – The State Police Bomb squad responded to the Wachusett Regional Schools District offices on Main Street on Monday for a report of a suspicious device that appeared to be a pipe bomb.
However, the device was rendered safe after bomb techs were sure it was not a pipe bomb, according to the State Fire Marshal’s office.
Authorities believe the device was made to look like a pipe bomb to cause fear and anxiety.
