Summer League play is on the horizon for the Celtics, with the C’s slated to play five games over the next seven days. Saturday’s “Celtics @ 7” focused on the areas to keep an eye on and players to watch with the team down in Orlando. Host Adam Kaufman also addressed shooting guard Avery Bradley’s new contract, a 4-year, $32 million deal, which he considers to be an overpay.
Scott Souza from the MetroWest Daily News joined the show in the second segment to look at Bradley’s deal, the future of point guard Rajon Rondo, whether a Kevin Love deal is still on the table and, of course, the hot Summer League topics.
Kaufman wrapped up the show by looking at coach Brad Stevens’ first year on the job after he recently passed the one-year anniversary of his hiring.
