BOSTON (CBS) – Travelers at Logan Airport’s Terminal B were pleasantly surprised Monday morning when the Boston Pops popped by with a pop-up concert.
Twelve members of the Pops including conductor Keith Lockhart performed at about 7:30 to promote the livestreaming of the annual Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular at the Charles River Esplanade on the Fourth of July.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Carl Stevens reports
It was the first of several pop-up concerts in a busy day for the Pops as they prepare for Friday’s big show.
