Poll: Shaheen Leads Brown By 10 Points In NH Senate Race
BOSTON (CBS) - Senator Jeanne Shaheen is holding onto a comfortable lead in the race for re-election in New Hampshire.
According to a new Suffolk University poll, the Democrat leads Republican and former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown by ten points.
Shaheen held a 13-point lead in a Suffolk poll in early March before Brown formally announced his candidacy.
"While the point spread seems to have closed, Scott Brown's unfavorable number is dangerously high," said David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center in Boston.
Nine percent of voters remain undecided.
