Estranged Husband Charged In Brockton Woman’s Killing

BROCKTON (CBS) – A Mattapan man has been arrested and charged with killing his wife last month in her Brockton home.

Jean Michel Beaulieu, the estranged husband of Florence Beaulieu, was arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol in Vermont last month while returning from Canada.

Florence Beaulieu’s teenage daughter found her body in their Forest Avenue apartment Avenue where Beaulieu lived with her four children.

An autopsy determined that Florence Beaulieu died from blunt force injuries to her head.

Jean Michel Beaulieu waived rendition and was returned to Brockton Tuesday evening.

He will be arraigned on Wednesday in Brockton District Court.
